CONNECTION:

Pipes and fittings are connected with couplings and elastomeric seals. The connection ensures tightness of pressure up to 0.5 bar. The installation of PP sewage system needs about 30% less labour due to the low weight of the pipes and the easy way to connect them.

Construction and assembly works of PP pipe systems are performed in compliance with requirements of EN 1610 and EN 1046.

PIPES CHARACTERISTICS:

The pipes are double-layered with inner smooth and outer ribbed surface. They are produced in internal diameter (ID/DN), which means “clear opening” and is easy to use in the hydraulic calculations by designers. Polypropylene can be used for a very long time, more than 100 years under natural conditions and model artificially stimulated conditions of aging.

  • High impact resistance;

  • Extreme resistance to chemical impacts – from pH 2 to pH 13;

  • Excellent elasticity;

  • Temperature resistance – up to 90C for a short time

  • Wear resistance

The pipes are marked according to the requirements of production rule EN 13476.
